These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the following Chrome extensions (collectively, "the Extensions") published by AS Extensions:

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using any of the Extensions, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Extensions.

2. Pricing & Payment

• Each Extension is available as a one-time purchase of $1.99 USD (or ₹129 INR for users in India).
• Payment is processed through PayPal or Razorpay. You agree to their respective terms of service.
• This is a lifetime purchase — no subscription, no recurring charges.
• All sales are final. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase.
• Extensions are listed as FREE on the Chrome Web Store. Premium features are unlocked after purchase.

3. Account

You must create an account (via Google Sign-In or email) to verify your purchase. Each purchase is tied to one account and is non-transferable.

4. Permitted Use

You may use the Extensions for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may NOT:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Extensions
• Share your account or purchase with others
• Use the Extensions to scrape, collect, or harvest data from websites
• Modify or create derivative works from the Extensions
• Use the Extensions for any illegal purpose

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Extensions are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

• ADHD Web Simplifier: This is NOT a medical device or treatment. It is a productivity tool.
• Screen Shield: Blur accuracy depends on content format. Not all sensitive data patterns may be detected.
• Form Filler Pro: Auto-fill accuracy depends on the job platform's form structure. Always review filled values before submitting.
• TrustLayer: Credibility scores are based on automated analysis and a bundled database. They reflect journalistic standards metrics, not absolute truth.
• BrowseMemory: Full-text search results depend on indexing quality. Not all page content may be captured.
• CookieOnce: Cookie banner handling depends on the consent management platform used by each website. Coverage is not guaranteed for all sites.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Extensions.

7. Service Availability

We strive for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Website changes may temporarily affect Extension functionality. We will update the Extensions as needed to maintain compatibility.

8. Updates

Extensions may update automatically through the Chrome Web Store. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of any modified functionality.

9. Termination

We may terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Extensions at any time by uninstalling them.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the extension or email.
